hello south county…
i want to give you the opportunity to hear about/be a part of something very exciting in the early stages.
we are currently in the process of praying through and assessing how God may want us to be involved in the lives of the people in our “next door neighborhood” of via lomas. if you don’t know where that is, it’s the next driveway down from the community center.
after praying and seeking god about where our campus might best be used to make a difference in south orange county, signs are pointing to the possibility of a relationship with the people and community of via lomas. we don’t know what it may look like yet as we’re still in the early stages of trying to see exactly how god may want to use us and teach us through this relationship, but if you’re interested in hearing more about it and how you might be involved, please come to the informational meeting ::
saturday, june 19, 11 am
to rsvp and get the address, please send us a message using our contact form.
see you sunday…

Hey South County…
I know that most of you were at service this past weekend, or have read and/or heard by now about Mike and Justina being called by God out of ROCKHARBOR. If you have more questions or want to hear more information please make sure to go to the town hall meeting tomorrow night. There is a link below to that meeting as well as a link to a letter from Mike on that same page.
I’m very thankful for the time we had this past weekend as a church and campus. From the people I have had the chance to speak with and all the reactions I have heard about from others, it sounds like God has set us up and taught us well for this time. Like you, I am so sad on many levels to know that Mike is leaving. As a friend, teacher and leader he is going to be missed in deep places; both in ways we already realize and ways we have yet to experience. That being said, I am thankful for how we are being led, even in the decision to go. Mike and Justina are hearing God’s voice and following it, which is exactly what he has taught from stage for seven years. I hope and pray that each of us are encouraged to do the same.
See you Sunday!
Chad

ROCKHARBOR South County will be celebrating Easter at the Orange County Fairgrounds. Please join us at 9 am 0r 11:15am this Sunday.
Directions can be found here.
We will NOT be meeting at Laguna Hills High School for Easter.
Jesus asks that we give ourselves away to follow Him.
But what about our stuff? Well, that, too.
But if you can’t give it all away, what about at least the stuff you don’t use any more?
To that end, our Life Group is having a garage sale to rid ourselves of the clutter in our houses and to do a little spring cleaning.
But it also symbolizes removing the clutter from our lives to better follow Jesus. We also want to better connect with our life group, neighborhood, and allow others to join in the simplest of American marketplaces.
And, all the proceeds will go to Food for the Hungry/Haiti.
So, here’s the deal.
It’s at Paul & Nickie Danison’s house, 22752 Fortuna Lane, Mission Viejo, 92691, from 8 a.m to noon. Saturday March 20.
You’re invited to bring your stuff to sell, to buy someone’s else’s stuff. And, you can stuff your face and buy baked goods!
Info Meeting Tuesday, March 9, 7-9pm
We are excited to announce that we get to replicate the Refuge ministry at the South County campus, and we’re going to need your help. This will be an informational session for anyone who wants to potentially help get this ministry to South County. We want people interested in helping us find venues, leading worship, leading a breakout group, providing child care, or praying for the ministry as a whole.
Email Mercedes at mmcbridewalker@gmail.com for more info and location.
